The roleResponsibilities
- Ensure 100% timely processing of Microsoft (MS), 21V, and Multi-Vendor (MV) orders.
- Respond to business team inquiries within 24 hours and assist in clarifying order details and status.
- Provide professional compliance advice and strictly manage the compliance process.
- Reply promptly to emails related to Microsoft, 21V, and MV programs.
- Continuously learn and update Microsoft, 21V, and MV policies, and share updates with business departments.
- Develop comprehensive operational skills across Microsoft, 21V, and MV programs.
- Support cross-departmental order management and ensure smooth and compliant order placement.
- Deliver training on compliance and basic operational knowledge to business departments, ensuring all new and existing Sales and S&C team members understand Microsoft business and compliance processes.
- Create and maintain an operational knowledge base for easy learning and reference by business departments.
- Archive documents electronically and physically in accordance with documentation standards, and follow the NAV Guide to ensure standardized NAV order entry.
- Record order data, verify and follow up on rebates and incentives, and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance) to confirm and track related items.
- Stay updated on new programs, compliance controls, and incentive policies from MS and 21V, and train business teams monthly as needed.
- Continuously enhance business capabilities and broaden operational knowledge to support team development into full-skilled CCOE members.
- Act as backup during team members’ leave, handling program orders and addressing policy and compliance inquiries.
- Adapt to evolving business directions; respond proactively to organizational changes, expand knowledge, and quickly take on new roles to ensure smooth transitions and execution.
- Be fully familiar with the entire CCOE process, including internal and external systems, workflows, and policies. Maintain continuous learning for real-time knowledge updates.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the SOT Director or line leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft and 21V business operations, with experience in complex and detailed operational work or strong qualities of diligence, attention to detail, and fast learning.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and approachability.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, order processing, or procurement within the IT industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with remote support.
- Adaptability to handle challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, self-motivation, high energy, and results-driven approach.
- High computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving business models.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
