MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER

• Join Design Review, DFM Review and document to optimize product design, process design and tooling design, Realizes sample tooling and product samples. Work with MPDE-A to determine the most suitable manufacturing concepts related to planned manufacturing quantities, quality requirements and manufacturing location.
• Good auto-machine conditioning ability, especially Socket stitching machine experience.
• Work with MPDE-A/Machine owner/suppliers to analysis and trouble shooter for process development, machine, production, issues actions, machine conditioning and finish CTAR approval.
• Work with MPDE-A to Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate, and Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
• Work within a cross-functional team consisting of various process experts.
• Integrate feedback and lessons learned into next projects.
• Study or introduce new technologies into process designs to optimize yield and efficiency.
• Philippines projects on-site support if needed, can accept domestic or oversea business trip (10-25%).

• More than 5 years in Connector Assembly machine development or automation development.
• Good team-work and communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement
• Be good at analysis problems and good auto-machine operational ability.
• Can use Auto-cad. Knowledge of PLC program setting will be better.
