- Support achievement of regional sell-out targets and LFL growth at store level.
- Track and analyze store-level KPIs including CR%, UPT, ATV, traffic conversion, and productivity.
- Identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions to Senior Manager and Area Managers.
- Participate in regular business reviews with customer store managers.
- Ensure proper execution of brand standards, SOPs, and retail initiatives in customer stores.
- Monitor merchandising execution, campaign landing, and promotional compliance.
- Review staffing structure, rostering efficiency, and service quality implementation.
- Support store-level training follow-up and operational capability improvement.
- Monitor store inventory health including stock turns, sell-through, and aged stock.
- Support replenishment tracking and manual allocation follow-up.
- Provide feedback to Merchandise and Account Sales teams regarding stock risks and opportunities.
- Assist in markdown execution and sell-through improvement initiatives.
- Maintain close communication with customer branch teams and key store managers.
- Work collaboratively with Account Sales to align commercial priorities and action plans.
- Participate in customer workshops to review business performance and improvement initiatives.
- Act as operational bridge between HQ functions and customer store teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance tracking reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of store performance metrics.
- Follow retail governance processes and highlight operational risks proactively.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in store operations.
- Improvement in store-level sell-out performance and LFL growth.
- KPI improvement including CR%, UPT, and productivity indicators.
- Inventory health and reduction of aged stock exposure.
- Execution consistency and compliance rate.
- Effectiveness of collaboration with customer and Account Sales teams.
- Minimum 5+ years of retail operations experience in multinational retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational drivers.
- Ability to influence external partners without direct authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel capability.
- Fluent in local language; working knowledge of English preferred.
