The employed party will enjoy Chinese statutory holidays and winter and summer vacations.3. Sick leave shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Wages and Living Treatment of Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts" of the State Administration of Foreign Experts and the Ministry of Finance.4. The determination and modification of the various clauses of the annex to the employment contract must be negotiated by both parties and agreed in writing. Any oral agreement shall be deemed invalid. 5.
