  • 本地产品开发：
针对本地产品，负责新产品开发的项目管理，产品本地化项目管理，参与产品的测试和验证工作，分析测试数据，提出改进方案，产品Business Case计算以及设计Go-to-market计划；
Local Product Development:
Manage new product development and localization projects for local products. Participate in product testing and validation, analyze test data, propose improvement plans, calculate product business cases, and design Go-to-Market strategies. * 产品技术转移：针对本地化产品，针对国内和海外同事进行产品技术培训，产品销售推广，产品文档撰写(如操作手册、维护指南等)，制定国内市场产品推广战略；
Product Technology Transfer:
For localized products, provide technical training to domestic and overseas colleagues, support product sales and promotion, prepare technical documentation (e.g., operation manuals, maintenance guides), and develop product promotion strategies for the domestic market. * 产品生命周期管理：负责实现产品线的利润率、销售额等指标，负责新产品上市，改进改良等的技术工作，主力产品市场推广，负责旧产品退市等战略执行；
Product Lifecycle Management:
Drive product line performance in terms of profitability and sales. Manage technical work related to new product launches, product improvements, and the ramp-up of high-runner products. Execute strategic actions for phase-out or delisting of outdated products. * 市场分析：收集客户反馈的中频变压器和焊钳使用信息，进行竞争对手分析，市场新技术分析，行业趋势分析等，推动技术研究和创新，提升产品的竞争力；
Market Analysis:
Collect customer feedback on medium-frequency transformers and welding guns. Conduct competitor analysis, evaluate emerging technologies, and analyze industry trends to support technical innovation and enhance product competitiveness. * 产品战略：负责制定产品市场定位，产品价格战略，产品成本分析，产品销售工具包等；
Product Strategy:
Define product market positioning, pricing strategies, cost analysis, and develop sales toolkits to support business growth. * 跨部门技术支持：对销售、质检、生产、售后等提供需要的技术支持，如需要可与客户进行技术交流，提升客户对设备的使用体验；
Cross-functional Technical Support:
Provide technical support to sales, quality, production, and after-sales teams. Engage in technical communication with customers when necessary to enhance product usage experience. * 生产过程支持：跟踪产品的制造过程，解决生产中的技术问题，确保产品按时交付。
Production Support:
Monitor the manufacturing process, troubleshoot technical issues during production, and ensure on-time product delivery.职位要求
  • 本科及以上学历，需要是理工科背景，电气自动化专业和焊接专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, with a background in science and engineering; majors in Electrical Automation or Welding Engineering are preferred. * 5到8年工作经验，需要是制造业行业背景，有电气自动化行业相关经验者优先；5-8 years of work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry; experience in the electrical automation field is a plus. * 熟悉变压器、焊枪原理及设计流程，具备一定的电路和运动分析能力，拥有伺服驱动及电机，焊接等相关项目经验者优先；Familiar with transformer and welding gun principles and design processes; experience in circuit design, motion analysis, servo drives, motors, and welding systems is preferred. * 具有较强产品技术，逻辑清晰，思维严谨。优秀的中英文表达能力、沟通技巧以及演讲能力；Strong product technical skills, clear logical thinking, and rigorous reasoning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. * 对汽车行业白车身连接技术和技术趋势有自己的洞察和见解，有汽车行业白车身从业经验者优先；Insight into automotive BIW (Body-in-White) joining technologies and trends; experience in automotive BIW is preferred. * 熟悉中频变压器和焊钳的结构、行业大致发展情况；Familiar with the structure and industry development of medium-frequency transformers and welding guns. * 具备良好的沟通表达能力、客户服务意识和团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and team spirit, with the ability to work under pressure.
