- Drive demand generation within TMMA accounts (targeted mass market customers) for automotive solutions.
- Manage accounts and maintain relationships in collaboration with distribution partners.
- Lead POS (Point of Sales) and DWIN (Digital Win) initiatives to boost sales performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of vertical automotive applications (Body, Electrification, Motor Control, Safety, Connectivity, ADAS) and work closely with distribution partners to replicate success stories across the mass market, expanding market share.
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset with the ambition and attitude to achieve challenging business targets.
