Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
Knowledge of data processing and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in English.
Excellent reading and written skills in Japanese, along with strong listening and speaking abilities, will be a significant advantage.
