1. Digitization Strategy Setup and Realization 数字化战略的制定和实现：
战略分析与规划：分析当前数字化水平，制定战略目标，结合行业趋势。Analyze digital maturity, set strategic goals based on industry trends.
文化与能力建设：推动数字化文化，提供培训提升员工的数字化能力，确保全员支持转型。Foster a digital culture, provide training to enhance digital skills, ensuring employee engagement.
技术实施计划：制定数字化工具和系统的实施计划。Plan the implementation of digital tools and systems.
2. Digital Process Design & Implementation 数字工艺设计与实施：
数字化解决方案：设计并实施自动化、物联网等技术优化生产。Design and implement automation, IoT, and other digital solutions to optimize production.
3. Data-Driven Process Improvement 基于数据的流程改进：
数据分析：收集数据，识别低效与瓶颈，提出优化建议。Collect data, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
机器学习应用：应用机器学习进行实时监控和缺陷检测。Use machine learning for real-time monitoring and defect detection.
4. Automation & Robotics 自动化与机器人技术：
设计与优化：与工程团队合作设计自动化系统，提升生产效率。Collaborate with engineers to design automation systems and improve efficiency.
5. Industry 4.0 & Smart Factory Initiatives 工业4.0与智能工厂计划：
推动工业4.0技术：采用AR、IoT等提升工厂智能化。Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies like AR and IoT to enhance smart factory operations.
6. Plant and Process Simulation & Virtual Commissioning 流程仿真与虚拟调试：
虚拟调试与测试：使用仿真软件进行工厂规划验证新工艺和设备。Use simulation software for virtual commissioning and testing.
7. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support 协作与跨职能支持：
跨部门协作：与各部门合作推动数字化项目实施。Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation.

文档管理：维护数字化系统文档，定期报告项目进展。Maintain documentation for digital systems and report project progress regularly.Qualifications1. Education Background 教育背景：
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or related fields.本科及以上学历，工程、制造、信息技术或相关领域。
Certifications in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, etc. are a plus.数字化转型、工业4.0、自动化等相关认证优先。
2. Work Experience 工作经验：
At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, production automation, or system implementation in manufacturing.5年以上制造业数字化转型、生产自动化或信息系统实施经验。
Experience in cross-functional project management and driving digital project implementation.有跨部门项目管理经验，能推动数字化项目的实施。
3. Technical Skills 技术能力：
Familiar with automation, IoT, digital twins, data analytics, etc.熟悉自动化、物联网、数字孪生、数据分析等数字化技术。
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and system integration (CAD/CAM, MES, ERP).了解工业4.0技术及制造系统集成（如CAD/CAM、MES、ERP）。
4. Leadership & Collaboration Skills 领导与协作能力：
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital project execution.具备领导跨职能团队的能力，推动数字化项目的落地。
Strong collaboration skills to drive successful project implementation.擅长跨部门合作，推动项目顺利实施。
5. Strategic & Innovative Thinking 战略与创新能力：
Ability to develop and execute digital strategies based on industry trends.能根据行业趋势制定数字化战略并执行。

6. Communication & Training Skills 沟通与培训能力：
