  • An integral part of cross-functional client team, independently solve real business issues with cutting edge data solutions.
  • Work with our clients and other Roland Berger consultants to build pragmatic tools, expecially in industrial environment, such as optimization models, data mining system, onsite automation etc.
  • Bring unique perspective and insights while facing complex or unstructured data with right coding tools, such as Python, SQL etc.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years industry working experience with functional knowledge, passion in data related methods or tools, able to drive business insights;
  • Academic background in data related discipline, such as computer science, mathmatics, industrial engineering, big data, artificial intelligence etc.
  • Superior analytical skills with creative mindset
  • Exposure to big data platforms, able or willing to lead end to end data solutions and responsible for the core code
  • Hands-on person with passion to solve on-site issues
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, digital transformation is plus
  • Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career;
  • Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
