You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Validation Engineer with Signify.
  • Understand market requirements, identify CTQ (items critical to quality), and monitor the design quality of new product development.
  • Drive early risks management through FMEA tool, formulate a “GO-NOGO” opinion and propose corrective action plans for new product development.
  • Ensure the right coverage of the sample test strategy includes safety, performance, reliability.
  • Support Failure case study and drive lesson-learn sharing to avoid repeated mistakes.
  • Contribute to the design rules optimization.
  • Summarize and report the quality management progress of new product development to all the stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the new product approbation (CQC, CCC, CE) and certifications maintenance.
  • Product development process optimization to drive efficient design quality management.
More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
  • More than 2 years working experience in mechanical design or electronics design.
  • Deep experience and capability in product development with good communication and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Good English speaking, reading and writing.
  • Be familiar with the DFSS（design for six sigma） development process is preferred.
