Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:

Foster innovation culture : generate ideas, lead or/and contribute to innovation projects
Moderate monthly review on active innovation projects
Moderate workshops for product groups
Report updates for Technology roadmap and Megatrends
Support and participate to innovation review with customers
Innovation
Manage Academics and suppliers partnerships/networks linked to Technology RoadMap
Ensure the update of the innovation documentation (Visual board, onepagers, presentation from innovation leader and contributor)
Manage allocated budget

Qualifications:

Higher degree in a technical course of study
Experience in the described key tasks will be positively evaluated Business(woman/man)ship, high level of initiative with the ability to delegate, leadership skills, good level of authority, ability to summarize technical issues and report out to management
English, regional language skills are an advantage
Analytical thinking enables to transfer the mechanical problem and specification to an corresponding design ; Creative, reliable with staying power and customer orientation, sense of urgency ; Team player
