- 负责暖通和给排水系统设施设备运行管理，收集相关数据，系统分析与运行优化
- 负责商场厨房设备运行维护管理
- 负责电梯特种设备运行维护管理
- 跨整个生命周期积极管理每处所负责物业的工程设施管理服务，包括安全、合规、维护和改进，以确保为企业、员工、顾客和其他利益相关者提供安全的正常运营环境。
