  • Participate in the various stages of project, such as technical design, development, testing, implementation and support.
  • Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the group IT and security standards.
  • Adopt and provide ongoing improvement on development process and promote usage of right tooling.
  • Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities and drive technology change within/across teams.
  • Work closely with regional IT teams (HK, Guangzhou) and vendors in project implementation and support.
RequirementsKnowledge & Experience / Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience of software developments, preferably in an enterprise or a global environment.
  • Be familiar with AS400, CL, COBOL and DB2. SMART COBOL is more appreciated.
  • Be familiar with MQ, CD/CE gateway, sFTP, R2DS, etc.
  • Be familiar with Agile/DevOps approach and practices.
  • Able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines.
  • Be familiar with Insurance knowledge.
  • Experienced on automated build, test automation, CI/CD tooling to accelerate DevOps change in the team
  • A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude. Open mindset and adapt to the change
  • Good verbal communication skills in English
  • Passed LOMA is more appreciated.
