Position SummaryThis position is responsible for generating shopfloor production plans based on customer needs, inventory level, equipment capacity, operators, and other factors, tracking the execution of shopfloor production plans on daily basis, and adjusting production plans in a timely manner to ensure the reasonable inventory level and on-time delivery.该职位负责根据客户需求结合现有库存，设备产能，人员等因素制定车间生产计划，跟踪车间生产计划执行情况，及时调整生产计划以确保合理的库存水平以及产品的按时交付。This position bases in Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Planning Supervisor.该职位工作地点为上海工厂，直接向计划主管汇报。Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for printing and distributing the travellers physically and the related process in SAP such as assigning the machines and closing the Production Orders.
负责工单的打印和分发以及在SAP系统中完成相关的操作如分配设备和关闭生产工单等步骤。
  • Leading the shopfloor planning meeting, generating the shopfloor production plans based on customer needs, inventory level, equipment capacity, operators, etc.
主导车间生产计划会议，结合客户需求，库存水平，设备产能，人员等因素制定车间生产计划。
  • Tracking the shopfloor production plan execution, monitor the inventory level and tracking the production order finish on-time. Handle daily operations such as urgent orders, rework order, etc.
跟踪车间生产计划执行情况，监控库存及订单及时完成入库。处理插单急单，返工等日常操作。
  • By statistics and analysis of production achievement rate, adjust inventory levels and production plans in a timely manner based on production achievement rate.
通过对生产达成率的统计和分析，根据生产达成率及时调整库存水平和生产计划。
  • Clearly grasp the production capacity of the production line, optimize the production plan through statistics and analysis of production capacity, reduce change-over time and raw material waste.
清楚掌握生产线产能情况，通过对产能的统计和分析，优化生产计划，减少换型时间和原材料浪费。
  • Through inventory analysis, develop the reasonable production plans to reduce the obsolete products.
通过库存分析，合理制定生产计划，减少呆滞品产生。
  • Other assigned tasks by manager.
上级领导交办的其他事宜。Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-8 years working experience in planning in Medical Devices manufacturing / Mechanical manufacturing; experienced in CNC planning is preferred.
经验：5-8年医疗器械生产制造行业/机械生产制造行业生产计划相关工作经验，有CNC生产计划经验的优先。
  • Education: College’s degree, major in supply chain or engineering is preferred.
教育：大专以上学历，物流或工程等相关专业。
  • Simple English reading and speaking skills.
简单英语阅读听说能力。
  • Can work with Excel/Word & SAP, MES is preferred.
具备Excel/Word等文档表格的制作能力及SAP系统操作能力，了解MES的优先考虑。
  • Strong learning ability, meticulous work, hardworking, with strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
