监督部门营运手册的准备和更新· Conducts regulardivisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings andmeetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
主持日常部门沟通会议，确保例会有效率的进行· Ensuresthat all guest and associatesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.确保所有员工向所有客人及其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务· Ensuresthat associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in otherdepartments as appropriate.迅速及时处理所有客人包括内部客人的投诉以及询问，并确保所有的问题都被成功解决并让客人满意· Maintainspositive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.保持良好的与客人、员工间的互动及合作· Establishesa rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.与客人建立良好的宾客关系· Personallyand frequently verifies that guests in the Outlet are receiving the bestpossible service.确保客人在餐厅获得的是尽可能最好的服务· Spendstime in the Outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managedwell by the respective associates and functions to the fullest expectations.花时间在餐厅（尤其是高峰期），确保餐厅的管理和营运是良好的，并且达到客人的期待QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS任职要求· People person and good motivator善于激励员工· Excellent organizational skills优秀的组织能力· Solid leadership and training skills有个人领导风格及培训技巧· Finger on the pulse in market trends andchanges紧跟市场潮流及趋势· Hotel Managementor business degree preferred酒店管理专业为佳· Five to eightyears managerial experience in Hotel Food and Beverage operations orfreestanding lifestyle restaurants
