Job Category: ConsultantJob Description:Primary FunctionLead and manage Process Safety Management (PSM) projects across various industries, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance with standards, and achievement of business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver PSM projects, including HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, QRA (classification, verification), primarily in nuclear power, petrochemical, and power battery sectors.Meet revenue and KPI targets for PSM services and related business areas.Build and maintain networks with partners, clients, and industry stakeholders to expand PSM business opportunities.Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.Develop and manage internal and external resources to support project execution.Monitor project team competence, service quality, and performance.Take ownership of professional growth and keep up-to-date with industry standards.Support other assignments as directed by management.Responsibilities:
