· Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel's operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.建立和维护与酒店的各部门的良好工作关系,例如:前台、餐饮、财务和预订部门。· Establish and maintain regional accounts.建立和维护与所有的地区客户的联系。· Establish territories to do sales blitz建立闪电销售拜访活动区。· Follow-up with clients before, during and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.与客户在活动或者酒店居住期间的之前、之后保持联系,确保有再次的商业来往。· Handle complaints and pass to Director of Sales.处理投诉,并提交给销售总监。· Reporting sales activity and result in daily or weekly sales meeting.参加每日或每周销售例会并汇报销售成果及提出建议。· Produces daily & weekly productivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lost business, and corrective actions taken.制作每天和每周销售报告,并初步确认预订及生意损失,并采取纠正措施。· Attend various functions as when required.参加所有需要的活动。· Maintain familiarity with and analyze the competition from other hotels which will be designated.保持熟悉并分析竞争酒店。· Contribute to overall market plan for the Hotel.辅助酒店所有的市场计划。· Participate in training programs.参加培训课程。· React promptly to requests by the Director of Sales for reports and other assignments.
