  • Follow-up the implementation of production plan and monitor actual production output for targeting on- time customer delivery
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Production for demand changes, raw material shortage, capacity problems or any other issues and then adjust production plan when necessary
  • Work with purchasing and suppliers to control the material shortage risk and take action to improve final on-time-delivery to customers
  • Release delivery-order/purchase-order to the suppliers
  • Track the confirmation and shipment.
  • Make supply plan (FG/WIP/RM) according to demand FCST. Set order frequency/ safety stock strategy according to MOQ/ lead time and other supply chain factor
  • Good and effective communication with stakeholders i.e. internal & external sales/marketing to make/adjust timely demand plan.
  • Support S&OP meeting preparation
  • Monitor and responsible for inventory level and turnover rate, prevention, control, and processing of obsolete materials
  • Capacity analysis, Safety stock analysis and management
  • Improve current supply planning tool, and continuously improve process.
Qualifications
  • College degree and above, at least 5-years’ experience in supply planning/supply chain management
  • Solid skill and rich knowledge in Supply Chain with great data analysis ability
  • Good logic and systematic thinking
  • Domestic import and export experience is desirable
  • Familiar with SAP environment, excellent in Excel, PPT and data analysis
  • Easy-going and well communication skill
  • Goods written and oral skills in English
