深度参与混合云平台服务运营，包括：

服务目录梳理与维护：推动服务标准化、可交付项定义及流程规范优化
门户网站内容更新：协调各方按时完成服务项、SLA等内容的更新与发布
CMDB等核心运营系统的管理与持续优化，提升配置数据质量与服务支撑能力

主导或协助推动IT运营与服务管理类重点项目，协调各运维职能团队（如数据中心、网络、IaaS/PaaS、技术平台、安全等）资源，负责项目全生命周期管理，包括计划制定、资源协调、进度跟踪与风险控制
通过数据分析洞察运营瓶颈与提升机会，提供高质量的数据支持和分析成果，辅助决策与过程改进
撰写项目材料、分析报告及演示PPT，定期向管理层汇报项目与运营状态
推动标准流程的落地与持续优化，强化以数据为驱动的运维运营管理能

岗位要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机、信息系统、数据科学、管理类相关专业优先
至少2年IT项目管理或IT运营支持经验
熟练掌握项目管理方法，具备项目计划制定、进度控制、资源协调和问题解决的实际经验
具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、Power BI、Tableau等工具进行数据统计、建模与可视化
逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题识别与解决能力，能通过数据分析为业务优化提供切实可行的建议
良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能在多部门协作环境中高效推进任务
英文读写能力良好，可支持跨国沟通及多语言文档的制作
熟练掌握Office办公软件，尤其擅长PPT内容整合与独立汇报能力

加分项：

具备云平台运营或IT服务管理相关经验
熟悉ITIL框架，或具备CMDB、服务目录、运维自动化、AI运维工具等
持有PMP或其他项目管理类专业认证
