· To perform reception duties and ensure all the swimming pool area facilities are maintained in the best working and hygienic condition.
· Always pay attention to the safety of swimming guests, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
· Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance.
· Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling. Promote the rules and regulations of the Fitness Center facility.
· To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin.· 直接向健身主管汇报工作，始终提供专业、友好和有魅力的服务。
· 负责接待客人，保证所有的泳池区域设备运作正常及干净清洁。
· 随时关注泳池游泳客人的安全，保证客人满意。
· 当观察到游泳者需要协助时，使用正确的救生技巧进行救助。
· 时刻注意泳池区是否有安全隐患或是不安全的行为和溺水者，向主管或经理报备顾客有可能发生的危险情况。
· 保持游泳池区域干净，将垃圾投放到垃圾桶内。Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written).
· Must have the national occupational qualification certification - swimming life-saving certificate.
· Must have the national occupational qualification certification - Certificate for Red Cross for First Aider/CPR.
· At least 1-year experience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable communicating with others.
· Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.
