- Be familiar with PRC labor legislation in terms of labor law and employment contract law.
- Knowledge of how to read HR statistics for preparing relevant reports.
- Detailed knowledge of HRIS system.
- Fluent in both spoken & written English.
- Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- To get familiar with all the HR systems and play as a skilful user to generate HR data reports as requested.
- To support employees on applications of social security scheme related procedures, such as maternity allowance, retirement application etc.
- To support employees on applications of hukou applications.
- Staff data base maintain / update in Success Factors.
- Staff data base maintain / update in HR LINK.
- Follow strictly in workflow in HRIS (position management etc.).
- Provide specialist advice on developing procedures, the legal and financial. implications and best practice for employee relation issues within the region that school locates.
- To implement onboard process and leaving process.
- To keep the employee's profiles updated and completed based on the NAE filing policy (both hard copies and soft copies).
- To maintain leaver's profiles according to the HR policy (both hard copies and soft copies).
- Be responsible for New Hire Training, such as, induction and orientation. Ensuring effective training and development for all personnel, following learning priorities and guidelines defined by school.
- Supporting internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues.
- Supporting cultural building and foster diversity and inclusion within the school.
- Produce and report on school HR key performance indicators in accordance with Company requirements.
- Promoting and implementing local labour law best practice.
- Contribute positively to the morale and community spirit in the school.
- Work effectively in different teams.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of the school.
- Operate at all times within the stated policies and practices of the region.
- Any other special job tasks as designated by line manager.

- Experience / Knowledge
- 5-10 years of HR C&B, HRIS System and Employee Relationship experiences in multinational company is preferred - Essential
