- Be responsible for promoting JCI as the Industry Leader together with our full range of HVAC/R to key decision makers and influencers within the Marine & Offshore marketplaces.
- Target and develop key End User relationships across each of the regions. In particular those associated with the Marine & Offshore.
- Develop an understanding of the Local Authorities and their associated regulations and company registrations required in association with each of the solutions we take to market.
- Responsibility for the development and achievement of the JCI Business Development and Growth Plan, including specific sales objectives and financial targets.
- Develop existing and identify / target new Customer relationships related to drive the development, promotion, and sales of Boil Off Gas compressors in the Chinese market, ensuring alignment with market needs and company growth objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and new developments
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, product management) to tailor solutions for customer needs.
- Manage, leads and drive sales performance using salesforce
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline
- Technical background or familiarity with Boil Off Gas compressor technology/industrial refrigeration compressor; Understand technical aspects of Boil Off Gas compressors and their applications.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in field sales within the Marine & Offshore, energy, or industrial sectors. Experience working with EPCs, operators, and engineering firms is essential.
- Experience identifying, contacting and promoting the solutions of a large enterprise to Local Authorities, End Users and market decision makers.
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally at high levels.
- Customer focused orientation with strong influencing and negotiation skills to gain wide acceptance.
- A high level of Business Acumen with strong strategic agility.

- Must thrive in challenging situations and work within the parameters of the organization.

- Proven experience in marine sales, preferably in compressors or LNG-related equipment
- Fluent in oral English and Chinese.
