To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and Requirements岗位职责1. 产品规划与定义- 主导智能体解决方案的全生命周期管理,包括市场需求分析、技术可行性研究、产品路线图制定及迭代优化。- 结合客户场景需求及行业技术趋势,定义产品功能、性能指标及差异化竞争力。- 输出产品白皮书及标准化解决方案,协调产研团队完成产品开发与测试验证。2. 主导产品核心能力建设,包括但不限于:- 端到端解决方案设计,产品核心竞争力打磨。- 安全性及合规性(如数据隐私保护、AI合规等)。- 持续跟踪竞品动态(如国内外智能体一体机厂商),制定差异化竞争策略。3. 市场洞察与产品营销- 设计产品营销方案,包括市场定位、价值主张、定价策略及竞争分析,输出面向客户的技术解决方案文档及销售工具包(如案例集、Demo演示)。- 深度分析AI软硬件生态(如GPU厂商、云服务商、模型厂商、行业ISV等),挖掘合作机会并制定合作策略。- 配合销售团队完成重点客户技术交流、需求对接及定制化方案设计,解决客户问题。- 收集并分析客户反馈,推动产品功能优化及服务流程改进,确保产品与市场需求高度匹配。4. 跨部门协作- 联动研发、售前、交付及运营团队,确保产品从设计到落地的全流程高效执行。- 与技术团队合作制定产品技术演进路径。岗位要求1. 教育背景- 计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历,5年以上AI产品经理经验,有大模型/智能体相关产品经验者优先。2. 核心能力- 行业认知:- 对AI趋势(如Agent应用场景、行业大模型落地)有深刻洞察,有至少1个项目经验- 具备B端市场经验,理解企业客户采购决策流程及技术评估标准- 技术理解力:- 熟悉大模型技术栈(如Transformer架构、模型微调、Prompt Engineering)- 了解AI基础设施关键技术(如算力管理、模型压缩、边缘推理)- 熟悉主流AI芯片(如NVIDIA GPU、华为昇腾)及软件生态(如PyTorch、TensorFlow、CUDA)- 软技能:- 出色的跨团队沟通能力,能快速将客户需求转化为技术语言- 数据驱动思维,擅长通过市场数据分析制定产品策略Additional Locations:
