- Ensure routine daily support to sales team, including meeting organization, test arrangement and purchasing order creation, etc.
- Manage PCG SharePoint site, public mailbox and email distribution list.
- Monitor and execute business process: CMRP, CMIR, Vendavo and etc.
- Work with account managers to improve 0-3 months’ forecast accuracy.
- Work with Regional Sales Manager on product allocation plan if necessary.
- Serve as the primary external contact for the PCG team with functional departments and participate in meetings if necessary.
- Implement pricing strategies and share target prices with account managers.
- General housekeeping maintenance of customer selling prices.
- Support specific customer/general price increase activity.
- Component pricing support following introduction of commercial policies.
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in marketing will be a plus
- Min 3yrs experience in sales administration or other administrative positions is preferred
- Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with an aptitude in problem solving
- Good liaison with all other department members
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to be multitasking and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP
- Proficiency in English
