- 协助直属经理制定业务计划和策略,执行三十三俱乐部项目和上海迪士尼度假区的特殊客户维护及开发,协助实现预期的业务结果和销售目标;
- 开放、灵活地与运营团队紧密合作,协助执行工作计划,推动招募业务;
- 从消费者洞察和市场调研中收集相关信息,协助设计与市场相关、符合迪士尼核心价值的会员方案;
- 加深对高净值客户的拓展,并与目标群体开展有效沟通;
- 协助带领三十三俱乐部的会员体验之旅,协助新会员的入会等流程;创建会员档案以供备查;
- 协助回应会员的需求,并记录新会员和潜在会员对现有会籍以及福利等意见与反馈;
- 与三十三俱乐部招募团队成员和其他团队合作,以经过验证的效率和生产力与总体业务目标保持一致;
- 协助三十三俱乐部招募经理处理相关的日常操作;
- 协助应对及处理高度敏感和顶级尊贵的客户。
- 具备至少二年的相关工作经验;
- 具备大学本科及以上学历;
- 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力;
- 具备计算机知识(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, 擅长 Opera & Delphi 系统优先);
- 与内部团队及外部客户有很强的沟通和谈判技巧;
- 灵活应变,有战略性的思维,以结果为导向;
- 能够自我激励并完成任务,实现销售目标;
- 有文化敏感度;
- 注重细节;
- 熟悉中国的高净值客户。
- Assist in developing and executing the business plan for the Club 33 membership program to achieve Club 33 recruitment goals and implement high levels of quality and service;
- Open and flexible to work closely with Club 33 ops team to support the work plan and to drive business;
- Collect related information from consumer insights and marketing research; Assist in designing product offerings which are relevant to the market and based on Disney's core values;
- Obtain a profound understanding of HNWI management and develop effective communication with the target group;
- Support and lead the Club 33 sales tours; support the new member acquisition, invitation, on-boarding process; create member profiles for committee review; overview meetings and/or conference calls with potential members;
- Assist timely response to member’s concerns and records new and prospective members’ reactions to facilities and programs for program refinement;
- Work with members of the Club 33 recruitment team and other Shanghai Disney Resort teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity;
- Assist Club 33 Recruitment Manager in necessary daily operations;
- Assist handle highly sensitive and top-level VIP guests.
- 2 years of working experience in relevant business;
- University degree preferred;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Experience and cooperation with a sizeable team in a matrix organization;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients;
- Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time;
- Self-motivated to complete assignments and achieve recruitment goals;
- Culturally sensitive;
- Detailed oriented;
- Proficient knowledge of HNWI group in China.
