- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and the facility,and in spa therapy.
- Possessknowledge about all aspect and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are respondedto with completedetails.
- Supervisesoperations of spa reception desk to ensure smooth service delivery, including guest service, procedures, accounting.
- Coordinatessales activities when needed.
- Provides administrative support to spa departments asneeded, ensuring all records are accurate.
- Responsiblefor the efficient training of all Experience Coordinators in all aspects of jobtasks, and to assist in the training and development of new hires and currentpersonnel.
- Assists in the administrations and implementations of talent training inall aspects of Spa's operations; i.e. business telephone usage, guestrelations, retail sales, spa services.
- Ensures thatattention to details is accurately maintainedwith each guest reservation and all guest requirements or issues are clearly stated to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Thoroughlyunderstands and adheres to proper credit, andcash-handling policies and procedures.
- Ensuresguests and members satisfaction at all times byensuring that safety and service is always the spa's first priority.

- Proficient inMandarin (verbal and written) with a second or third language is an asset.
- Computerliteracy in Windows, MS Office Word, Excel, Opera PMS System, and Spa Soft is recommended.
