Company DescriptionBosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。Job DescriptionResponsibilities 职责
  • Innovation: Put your talent into the new generation of commercial vehicle steering systems for electrified and highly automated driving in an interdisciplinary team.

  • Development and Release: Develop new product and lead the mechanical release according to BOSCH AS product development process. Carry out investigation, analysis, calculation, BOM management,3D models, 2D drawings, standards and specifications, etc
  • 产品开发与释放：根据BOSCH AS产品开发流程，开发新产品及主导机械部件释放。设计过程中进行调查/分析/计算,BOM管理,模型,图纸,标准和规范等
  • Change Management： Carry out product data change management in PDM system
  • 变更管理： 在PDM系统中实施产品数据变更管理
  • DFMEA Management： Develop/maintain/release DFMEA
  • DFMEA管理： 创建/维护/释放DFMEA
  • Technical Support： Support for product validation activities (DVP&R) and customer project acquisition
  • 技术支持：支持产品验证试验释放(DVP&R)以及客户项目获取
  • Product Optimization: Strive to make technological breakthrough independently, guide the supplier and internal departments to optimize the product
  • 产品优化: 独立技术攻关，指导供应商和内部团队优化产品
  • Global Collaboration: Participate global platform product development, Share technical information and support with global team.

QualificationsQualification required 资格要求
  • Education学历
-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automobile engineering-机械或汽车工程相关专业本科及以上学历
  • Skills 技能
-Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.-在机械或汽车工程方面具有对技术背景较强的理解能力-Knowledge in steering, chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.-具有汽车行业转向、底盘或发动机系统的相关机械及液压知识-Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements.-了解汽车行业的标准和要求-Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies.-了解机加工和装配技术-Knowledge and experience of GD&T(ASME) or GPS(ISO)-具有GD&T(ASME) or GPS(ISO)知识和经验-Basic knowledge of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminium and plastic materials.-了解钢材，铝合金，及塑料产品的设计要求-Basic knowledge of documentation process-了解文件存档流程

-More than 3 years relevant work experience-3年以上的相关工作经验-Preferably work experience with automotive steering systems.-具有汽车转向系统设计经验者优先-At least two years work experience with 3D design system Pro/E.-至少两年以上使用Pro/E经验-Preferably work experience with utilizing design method and tool like DRBFM, FEA-具备DRBFM，FEA等设计方法和工具相关使用经验者优先
