1. 与客户沟通物料的月消耗情况与分析
To communicate with the customer for the monthly consumption status and analysis the outstanding parts.
2. 根据主管经理的指示设定调整安全库存策略
Setting and Adjust the strategy of safety stock according to the manager's instruction。
3. 定期与客户沟通,确保项目的供应情况,KPI与产品质量问题得到顺利解决。
Communicate with the customer and keep sure the supply, KPI performance and Quality issue to be solved in time.
4. 与海外公司/供应商缺件的追踪与改进。
Communicate with the overseas companies and suppliers to track the shortage and improvement.需求/Qualifications:
1. 教育与经验:本科以上学历,并有两年以上的供应链管理项目相关工作经验
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and above two years of relevant supply chain management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 可以解读公司文件,如安全规定,操作指导书与流程文件。
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
3. 具备较好的计算能力。
Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
4. 具备通用计算机使用能力。
Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.
5. 熟练使用MS Office软件
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. 具备较好的供应链分析能力与经验,有航空或机械专业/工业部件或者经验者优先
Good experiences and Skill to analysis the supply chain mode and problem solution, with the supply chain experiences in aerospace and automobile/industrial parts or machinery will be preferred.
