Logistics Coordinator has the following responsibilities:
  • Monitors and manages inbound deliveries from suppliers and factory to Distribution Centers (DCs).
  • Monitors and reports automated SAP processes and interfaces, takes corrective actions when necessary.
  • Processes 3x (delivery callout) forms to FL when material ready for delivery from DCs.
  • Processes outbound deliveries to DCs.
  • Sends picking requests to DCs.
  • Acts as main contact for FL personnel in delivery related actions.
  • Follows up network milestones such as 3a, 3b and 3x
  • Collects information to support freight unit cost calculation
  • Communicates daily with DCs and FL
