- 负责客户与工厂间关于质量问题的沟通，收集客户质量信息（客户下达的指标、年度/月度绩效结果等），及时传递给直属经理；
- 对在客户处的不良、扣分进行确认；对客户发出的不良反应，采取即时围堵政策，确保工厂反应规则的正确升级，并通过UAP QRCI，制定纠正预防措施，验证结果，并向客户反馈（例如8D等）；
- 组织并参与所有客户的技术会议（解决技术问题、管理进度、改善路径等），并确保完成客户要求的验证；推动并获得客户的认可，包含PPAP，偏差，转移等；
- 确认/分析客户处报废品、售后退回品，组织相关职能功能采取纠正预防措施；
- 定期进行客户满意度调查/分析，组织对客户不满意项，采取措施并回访客户对改进措施的反应；
- 参与过程流程图、失效模式分析、控制计划的编制评审；定期检查并更新控制计划，确保其有效性；
- 客户处跟线驻厂人员的管理；
- 完成部门经理布置的其他任务
- 充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南。
- SAP相关权限。
学历：本科及以上学历或同等经验的技术人员；
工作经验：在汽车行业至少3年的专业质量经验。
技术及能力：
- 了解质量技术工具 (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/8D/FMEA/控制计划等)并能熟练运用；
- 对客户标准及质量体系（例如ISO14001/45001 、IATF16949，VDA6.3等）有一定的了解；
- 较强的分析能力及问题解决能力；良好的沟通及人际交流能力（说服力）；
- 注重细节，在压力状态下能够保持冷静；坚持持续改善。
LCM能力：培养创新力,管理复杂性, 客户聚焦,结果导向及与人合作；
