- Responsible to provide guest services and handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guest in accordance with the objective, performances and quality standard established by Shangri-La Group.
- Ensure all guest requests are being complied.
- Handle guest complaints effectively.
- Motivate and ensure staff perform to the high service level required,maximizing total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.
- Provide coaching and counseling on standards and procedures for the department.
- Minimum 1 year in the same position in 5* international hotel
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality
