1、负责部门全面销售运营管理工作，包含数据运营管理、外包员工管理、费用管理
2、负责部门费用和返款管理，定期与京东对账，进行返款核算、分析、管理
3、负责京东客服团队管理工作、售后舆情管理、店铺赠品管理工作
4、负责部门和项目专项重点工作，如大型会议、活动等。岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历
2、熟练使用Excel/PPT等工具，掌握，能独立完成数据处理/分析/可视化
3、熟悉销售工作，具有2年以上运营管理工作经验，有组织大型会议、活动项目经验优先
4、良好的文字功底、良好的沟通能力，强大的自驱力，工作态度积极主动Additional Locations:
