• The CMD is responsible for “Meetings Success” in the Crowne Plaza meetings, conference and event segment. They are the single points of contact for the client through managing the Crowne Meetings Cycle. The CMD assists in securing the business, plans the meeting/event, co-ordinates with hotel operations and clients before, during and after each meeting/event.
• 清楚理解深圳龙岗珠江皇冠假日酒店的产品及企业使命,主要负责实现深圳龙岗珠江皇冠假日酒店皇冠会议的“聚首成功”目标，落实会议活动每个细节。皇冠会议总监在会议洽谈开始就亲自与客人接触，承诺两小时反馈及确保会议组织者按计划有序地安排工作。 皇冠会议总监在会议前后都需做好计划, 统筹酒店操作及客户合作之间的联系。

• 通过对销售在商业上的引领作用，确保酒店业务是尽其用。无论何时都将客户的需求摆在第一位，同时通过战略性收益管理和酒店设施服务的增售手段优化酒店收益。
• Support the Hotel Sales and Crowne Meetings team with site inspections, client entertainment, familiarisations and other events that form part of the sales and marketing revenue plan.
• 根据实地考察支持酒店营销工作以及皇冠会议团队，销售和营销计划包括宴请客户，熟悉其他会议活动及市场收益计划等。
• As a link, the basis of various detailed meeting activity plan content to be and banquets operation, catering management, reservation, housekeeping department operation, the ministry of finance and external suppliers for close ties.
• 作为联系的基础，各个详细的会议活动计划内容须与宴会运作、餐饮管理、订房部、客房部运作、财政部和外部供应商作紧密的联系。
• Ensure that all customer requirements have been put in place and timely and accurate and complete the information associated with hotel operation.
