For the secondary process, which includes cleaning, spraying, sandblasting, laser marking, anodizing, acid etching, packaging and other processes. He/She needs to learn and operate multi processes at the beginning with low volume production.Major Responsibilities of the Position:主要岗位职责
  • Set up and operate secondary processes machines as needed.
调试设置和操作后道工序设备，加工所需零件。
  • Inspect parts visually according to quality requirement and take actions if need.
根据质量要求目视检验产品，如有问题，需要采取相应措施。
  • Be responsible for parts transportation according to workflow
根据工艺流程，负责工序之间产品的运输
  • Need do record on paper form or SAP system
根据需要在纸质表单或SAP系统记录相关信息
  • Clean, maintain and calibrate machines.
按要求清洁、维护设备
  • Main and auxiliary material changing as needed
根据需求对主辅料进行更换
  • Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.
保证每天安全操作
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

  • Minimum High school graduate
技术/中等职业学校学历背景
  • Minimum (three) 3 years relevant working experience and strong hands-on ability.
有至少三年以上相关工作经验，动手能力强。
  • Previous medical or dental experience is a plus
有医疗或牙科经验者优先。Required Knowledge and Skills:知识及能力要求：
  • Knowledge of procedures and quality requirements.

  • Attention to fine detail and high quality.
注重细节和高质量。
  • No colour amblyopia and blindness
无色盲色弱。
  • CVA(Corrected vision acuity) 1.0 above
矫正视力1.0以上。Work Environment and Physical Demands工作环境和身体要求General office environment and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools.
