BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.What you can expect您将负责协调并指导承包商及时完成巴斯夫湛江工厂办公楼宇的设施（包括但不仅限于装修、防水、给排水、建筑外立面）维修，检查工作质量，评估承包商资源。协助部门负责人完成相关的EHS和设施管理事务。1. 辅助区域业主开展即将投用的办公楼宇物业设施检查、测试、验收等工作；
2. 协调并指导承包商及时完成巴斯夫湛江工厂办公楼宇的设施（包括但不仅限于装修、防水、给排水、建筑外立面）维修，检查工作质量，评估承包商资源；
3. 担任办公楼宇区域＞10万人民币的维修项目经理，组织现场维修，完成维修进度、质量和成本管控，使维修工作顺利通过业主验收；
4. 负责与自身业务相关的承包商管理，如承包商入场管理、日常安全培训监管等；
5. 负责/参与优化维修流程等工作，节省成本，提升服务品质；
6. 完成团队领导分配的其他任务。Main requirements:1. 工科相关专业，工民建相关专业优先考虑; （第一专业）大专及以上学历;
2. 具备3年以上物业维修、装修工程、土建工程等相关管理工作经验；2年以上化工企业的物业维修管理经验优先考虑;
3. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力;
4. 具有良好的服务意识、较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够独立工作、主动跟进事务和处理紧急情况;
