Serve as the technical lead for various projects, including new product development, cost optimization, and strategic procurement/manufacturing projects (OEM, ODM, STP). Main responsibilities include product design, analysis and optimization, establishing design specifications and test requirements, organizing design reviews and manufacturability assessments, ensuring products meet cost, performance, and schedule targets at each stage. 3. Work closely with the manufacturing team, responsible for new product introduction to manufacturing, small batch trial verification, parts production and assembly process review, ensuring smooth transition to mass production, and supporting continuous improvement of production efficiency and quality. 3. Create test plans per UL regulations and internal standards, conduct or oversee testing, write reports, and support lab improvements. 4.
