1.Is the unique contact for "Meeting" customers, to implement and manage the services as negotiated and sold by the Sales Department.与客人联络,负责销售部门所销售并谈判的会议服务的组织和协调工作。2.Is responsible for customer satisfaction, from signature of the Event sales agreement through to the end of the meeting.会议结束后通过宴会销售协议的数据,对客户的满意度进行调查。3.Adapts to customers' needs by proposing working methods and a framework for organizing events.通过对工作方案和对宴会组织构架的设计来适应客户的需求。4.Coordinates all departments involved in setting up the event, in line with the agreed specifications: Banqueting, Rooms, IT Solutions and service- providers.根据既定要求:会议、住宿、IT解决方案和第三方服务提供,协调活动组织中的相关部门。5.Ensures the budget and quality standards are respected.确保预算和质量标准相符合。6.Makes proposals if corrective actions are required, providing regular updates for the Sales Manager and the Operations and Meeting Manager.假如客户对意见有所改变,立即与销售经理和营运经理,会议经理取得联系。7.Formalizes follow-up documents and checkpoints.制定后续工作,定期检查。8.Helps increase income from the event by encouraging additional sales.通过鼓励额外销售的形式来帮助宴会的收入提高。9.Helps promote the Meeting offer by providing high quality services and making proactive suggestions.
