负责镜架及整镜业务在一线销售、渠道终端的能力建设与知识赋能，确保团队对产品、动销模式、品牌理念有一致认知并能有效传递。Responsible for developing and implementing frontline sales and channel training programs, enhancing sales teams' knowledge, selling skills, and effective communication of product knowledge and brand philosophy.【工作内容】

建立面向门店店员、ECP、销售团队的系统化镜架培训体系
设计并落地培训内容，包括整镜动销逻辑、产品知识、搭配技巧与销售话术
跟踪培训效果与产出指标，结合数据闭环进行内容优化
与销售、市场、产品部门协作，推动内容在门店端的转化落地

【经验】
◦ 5年以上零售培训或眼镜行业终端运营经验，具备门店动销经验者优先
【技能】
◦ 擅长课程开发与培训设计，熟悉门店销售流程及培训落地
◦ 能基于终端数据调整培训方案以提升转化率
【教育】
◦ 本科及以上学历，市场营销、教育、心理学等相关专业优先
【其他】
◦ 高度结果导向，能够与终端门店高效互动，适应多地出差- Systematic Training Development: Design and execute structured training programs tailored to store staff, Eye Care Professionals (ECP), and sales teams.
- Training Content Design & Execution: Develop training materials covering sales logic, detailed product knowledge, selling skills, and customer communication strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor training outcomes using measurable KPIs, analyze effectiveness, and continuously refine training strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective training implementation at store level.- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training or terminal operations; store sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in course development, training methodologies, and data analysis.
