- Relationship & Resource Expansion: Cultivate and maintain deep B2B relationships with major Chinese airlines and their regional offices. Expand the product matrix by securing official OTA distribution authorizations and exclusive tactical fares.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations for sales incentive policies, reward structures, and marketing fund investments to drive brand awareness and GMV in Traveloka's core markets.
- Technical Product Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of airline products, specifically leveraging TravelSky IBE+, Airlines B2B APIs, and NDC to ensure technical competitiveness.
- Market Insight & Price Optimization: Maintain a "real-time" understanding of market dynamics. Proactively adjust pricing and product strategies to seize market opportunities and maintain price leadership.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor and analyze sales data meticulously. Identify anomalies or growth opportunities, formulate optimization plans, and ensure "closed-loop" execution from strategy to results.
- Marketing & Promotion: Secure and plan marketing resources for joint promotional activities, aligning carrier goals with Traveloka's regional growth targets.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in airline commercial departments, OTA airline sales, or GDS-related roles.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in eTerm (TravelSky); deep understanding of IBE+, NDC, and B2B API distribution models.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Chinese airline products, sales policies, and the evolving civil aviation landscape.
- Negotiation & Execution: Exceptional negotiation skills with a "hunter" mindset. Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and ensure every task has a clear "closed-loop" outcome.
- Communication: Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. Willingness to conduct partner visits and work beyond office setting as needed
- Attributes: Highly data-sensitive, proactive, and resilient under pressure. Willingness to travel frequently within China.
- 渠道开拓与维护: 深度开拓并维护国内航司总部及各营业部商务关系,洽谈机票分销授权、特殊产品及销售奖励政策(Incentives),对业绩结果负责。
- 核心资源获取: 负责航司核心资源的获取与策划,包括但不限于独家运价、航司营销基金(Marketing Fund)及联合推广资源,丰富 Traveloka 的产品矩阵。
- 产品开发与技术对接: 完成航司产品的日常开发与维护,推动 TravelSky IBE+、航司 B2B API 及 NDC 产品的落地与优化,持续提升产品竞争力。
- 动态调优与策略落地: 紧密跟踪行业动态与竞争对手情况,实时进行价格调整与产品优化,确保在东南亚市场的绝对竞争优势。
- 数据监控与闭环管理: 深度分析业务数据,通过数据发现问题并制定针对性策略。具备极强的执行力,确保每一项业务动作均有闭环反馈。
- 行业背景: 全日制本科以上学历,具备 5-10 年 航空公司机票部门、大型 OTA 航司业务部或相关领域工作经验。
- 技术能力: 熟练操作 eTerm 系统,精通各航司产品及销售政策,对 NDC、IBE+ 等分销技术有深刻理解及实操经验。
- 谈判能力: 具备出色的谈判技巧和商务洞察力,能够独立牵头重大商务项目,并与航司建立稳固的长期合作关系。可以接受不定期出差。
- 数据敏感度: 优秀的数据分析和逻辑思维能力,能通过数据复盘并驱动业务增长。
- 职业素质: 沟通顺畅(英语可作为工作语言),抗压能力强,适应高节奏的工作环境及不定期出差,做事严谨,追求结果闭环。
