This role is crucial in driving our digital transformation, building scalable digital marketing engines across China, Japan, and South Korea.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Execution (China Focus):Digital Communication & Content Governance: Develop and execute a structured content strategy aligned with business objectives, product priorities, market trends, and customer insights. Create high-quality, value-driven content (articles, videos, social posts, blogs, EDMs) with internal stakeholders, ensuring brand credibility and accelerating customer preference and decision-making.Digital Platforms & Tools Management: Optimize and enhance our digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, website, microsite, social platforms) to function as self-service digital information centres, improving user experience, engagement, and conversion quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting platform performance.User Management & Demand Generation: Design, implement, and optimize customer acquisition and conversion funnels, leveraging marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, WeChat) to transform digital reach into qualified sales opportunities and drive pipeline creation.Vendor Management & Partnership Optimization: Establish and refine processes for selecting and managing digital marketing vendors and partners, focusing on creating clear briefs and providing precise direction to ensure the quality of deliverables. Develop robust performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to optimize vendor contributions.2. Regional Digital Enablement (Japan & South Korea):Strategic Alignment & Framework Adoption: Introduce and facilitate the adoption of structured digital frameworks and best practices (e.g., customer journey models, GTM playbooks) from China to the Japan and South Korea markets, fostering professional and repeatable digital practices.Content Partnership: Collaborate with local teams in Japan and South Korea to enable the creation of localized, value-driven customer-facing content.Website & Social Media Optimization Support: Provide expertise and support to improve digital visibility, user experience, and social media strategies for Japan and South Korea.3.
