A foreign companyResponsibilities：
1、Ensuring all projects are fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.
2、Prepare/ develop an executional plan for the assigned project.
3、Record all deviations during execution, proposes/ provides remedial actions with the consultation of the PM/ management. ...4、Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed during execution at any pre-determind site.
5、Execute the engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.
6、Files/ records all relevant project expenses such as material, labor hours, etc. into ERP system.
7、Plans/ prepares the BOM for the assigned project from the drawings assuring all/ sequential availability of each component for a successful execution.
8、Submit the request form on the required materials and upon receipt of material, perform quantity and quality checks.
9、Execute FAT and SAT of the assigned project and obtain acknowledgement from the customer.
10、Check completed projects are within requirements and specificaitons such as quantity and quality, providing all required reports to the customer and finally, preparation for packing.
11、Identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems of the assigned project for solutions implementation.
12、Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained and submit to the project manager for subsequent commercial claims.Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
