- Align Sales Force execution with TA/Brand Strategy
1. Design and implement sales strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and territory optimization, to maximize market potential and ensure alignment with therapeutic area (TA) goals.
2. Collaborate with TA Marketing and Sales leadership team to set sales goals and evaluate performance to serve different brand purpose
- ICP and Customer Engagement tactics implementation communication to CFTs and tracking:
1. Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure sales force effectiveness.
2. Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Territory management and target setting (Specific brand)
1. Analyze and categorize hospitals based on factors like patient volume, therapeutic area relevance, potential, and strategic importance to guide engagement strategies.
2. Develop a segmentation framework to prioritize hospitals, define measurable targets aligned with sales and brand strategies, and tailor them to regional dynamics.
3. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation and focus on high-value opportunities in collaboration with sales leadership.
4. Support territory alignment processes to ensure equitable distribution of workload and coverage.
5. Analyze territory performance and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Governance and Process Optimization:
1. Play governance role for whole team SFE related area.
2. Work with SFE head and other SFE BP lead to evaluate and refine sales processes to improve productivity and compliance.
3. Work as key member of change management initiatives to implement new tools and workflows.
- Continuous Improvement:
1. Provide benchmark against industry best practices along product life cycle to identify opportunities.
2. Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and sales force capabilities.
3. In charge of business implementation planning for TA overall coordination and specific brand BIP plan communication
4. In charge of the Execution Excellence of the engagement triggered by CFTs including KPIsJob Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in SFE related roles including target setting, territory alignment and business diagnosis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skill
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
