- Develop Business opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and drive commercial business strategy for each customer assignment for customer assigned.
- To provide value propositions, prepare quotes, leading to the closure of sales including supporting in customer’s day to day operation matter.
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales target for each customer assigned.
- Participate in commercial negotiation, such as pricing to secure profitable business and manage overall matter related to assigned customer.
- Lead and collaborate with engineering and project teams to realize the roadmap and execute plan on awarded program.
- Establish solid business relationship with key customers. Conduct regular review with customers to ensure we achieve our strategic goal and sales revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or any disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or key account management; global customers management is preferred.
- Engineering experience in motor, motion system, floorcare and F&B application are highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluent in verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
