A foreign companyJob Responsibility：
1. Search for new & development of new suppliers for projects for BPC Taicang (focus on castings & forgings, bar material and coating suppliers)
2. Lead & Management of supplier RFQs for projects for BPC Taicang (focus on castings & forgings) ...3. Lead & management of cost-saving /supplier resourcing activities in China
4. Lead of supplier identification & development activities in China,
5. Local language & coordination support for non-China lead buyers in supplier identification & sourcing
6. Local language & coordination support of global supplier quality & development engineer
7. Evaluation of received price quotations from suppliers and supplier selection in coordination with other commodity buyers
8. Negotiation with suppliers about prices, delivery and commercial terms
9. Preparation & review of supplier commercial contracts and quality agreement
10. support of technical review & feasibility process with Taicang plant engineering
11. Support of supplier development and pre-SOP projects
12. Allocation of payables in cooperation with Taicang finance department and communication with vendors in case of escalation
13. Support and leading of procurement activities for Sales bidding process in cooperation with other departments (engineering, sales)
14. Regular weekly reporting to Global purchasing director
15. 2nd level of escalation for plant buyers & logistic disponents on plant level (resolving delivery, commercial, payment, quality issues with suppliers and key persons in plants)
16. Methodical support for local buyer at Taicang plant
17. Working with SAP ERP SystemRequirement：
1. Bachelor degree or above with professional mechanical or science and engineering related background.
2. 5 years minimum Supplier development and management in automotive field; Strong technical knowledge is ideal
3. Be familiar with automotive projects development flows
4. Fluent in written English, good oral English is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills and coordination skills on all levels, willing to take challenge
