  • Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full-process study-abroad services, including planning, school selection, document preparation and review, to ensure students are admitted to their ideal institutions.
  • Conduct at least one communication with students' families per month to track progress, provide feedback, and optimize application strategies to meet academic goals.
  • Oversee the entire application process, including timeline development, document review, and guidance for written exams and interviews, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
  • Develop academic plans and goals, coordinate tutor resources to drive the achievement of team-wide objectives.
  • Be responsible for academic quality control, including final document review, program optimization, and policy consultation, and assist in team collaboration.
Qualifications And Competencies
  • Master's degree or above (from G5 universities, or U.S. Ivy League institutions); with at least 3 years of experience in master's application consulting (prior experience in consulting for G5, or U.S. Ivy League applications is preferred).
  • Possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have an approachable demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and a customer service mindset.
  • Demonstrate good emotional management and stress tolerance.
