- Develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software applications with their team.
- Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.
- Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates the ability of ABB’s solutions to address those needs.
- Coordinates the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB’s solutions.
- Supports in preparing sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businesses.
- Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Supports the Application Sales Manager in preparing accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other sales-related information.
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
- B.Sc. or above degree preferably on electrical or automation.
- > 5 years’ working experience in the electrification products, better be familiar with eHouse products and system.
- More than 3 years’ experience on engineering design, market/Sales development.
- LV Switchgear or Digital application knowledge and experience is an advantage.
- Channel development experience is an advantage.
- Strong determination, perseverance, cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Very good sense of customer support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has strong communication and presentation skill
- Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
- Has the knowledge of developing new channel/distributor and OEM partner independently
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in mandarin and English.
- Be Proactive, high level of self-motivation, self-starter
- Good at English both writing and oral
