Defines and leads to build the external and internal processes to be standardized and simplified from a holistic site business and competitiveness perspective. Creates a mindset of continuous improvement and efficiency. Act as multiplier towards the site.
Fosters and acts as a multiplier for BI's culture and thereby ensures the intrapreneurial and business mindset of all employees to ensure the competitiveness of the site.
Accountable for leading Business Process Excellence projects and teams, incl. methodical training of tools for the entire site.Identification and leverage of improvement potential through BPE methodology and tools.Setup and execution of business process re-design and improvement projects, monitoring of project success. Internal and external best practice exchange.
Accountable for value creation and identification of value contribution .Overall lead of strategic initiatives , with respect to performance and leadership.Steers and monitors progress of a multitude of projects via program management. This includes preparation and support of site leadership team workshops.
Lead the planning and preparation of important Site review events, e.g. Annual Discussions and Outlook+1 for the site.
Lead to develop site growth strategies. Steering the process, lead and coordinate expert teams, collaboration with all major stakeholders, development of implementation road map.
Lead the site performance management systems,and drive for continuous improvement. Accountable for set-up and standardization, adaptation and continuous monitoring of the Site Performance Management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmaceuticals or Biopharmaceuticals with 4-6 years of professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Deep understanding of drug, medical device or GMP related manufacturing technology, process and value-chain. Strong business mindset and ideally with established business mindset and skills.
Excellent capability of building networks outside as well as within BI, capabilities of cross-functional and cross-country alignment.
Excellent capabilities in project management, planning and organizational design.
Profound experience in stakeholder management including conflict management.
Strong communication capabilities/skills in writing and orally with English.
