- Lead commercial execution in assigned GBA hospitals to drive product adoption and market penetration
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and prescribing physicians
- Support patient access initiatives and early experience programs
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategy as needed
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, KA, market access and trade functions to align and implement go-to-market plans
- Stay ahead of market developments and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven track record in hospital-based selling, preferably with experience in neuroscience or specialty care
- Prior exposure to GBA projects and early access programs is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about improving patient outcomes
