职位描述Responsible for the day to day safety &operation of the following on: swimming pools, pool deck areas, gymnasium, locker rooms and to assist in all aspects of the Health Club Department. Supervise staff performance.指导员工表现。8. Ensure guest calls and requests are handled in a friendly, correct and efficient manner.确保以友好的、正确的和有效的态度处理客人电话和要求。9. Provide ongoing advice, support and certification to staff under your supervision.给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持。10. Supervise staff performance.指导员工表现并绩效评估员工,建议经理给予奖励或处罚。11.
