- Works with complex and large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes and may serve as subject matter expert.
- Understand and capture the Voice of the Customer for assigned client.
- Respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures.
- Confirm commitment of client's maintenance contracts and works towards assigned contract revenue goals.
- Create a sales funnel that can support quota overall attainment.
- Make and receive calls with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.
- Achieve and exceed quota targets and activity metrics within assigned accounts/territory.
- Convert small starting opportunities to significant sized opportunities over time.
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Undertake research to understand prospect organization structures and identify important players.
- Assess client needs, requirements and facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions.
- Work on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Develop excellent technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling.
- Collate and deliver exec-level presentations.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identify sales opportunities and lead.
- Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured promptly.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of account management/ consultative-based sales experience managing renewals account, upselling or cross-selling sales motion.
- Experience with high-volume calling with proven track record of sales or account management in medical/ pharmaceutical or engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Candidates with excellent command of Chinese, English language and/or cultural nuisance are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison.
- Based in Dalian office, you will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in Greater China region.
